Blood Pressure & Glucose Pal is a handy app to help keeping tracking your blood pressure, heart rate, blood sugar, weight and meds taken logs.
By adding readings with just several taps, this app will generate chart view for your systolic, diastolic, blood sugar, weight and heart rate to see tendency of them, and you can export the readings by email or print them directly by this app.
Keeping tracking BP, glucose and weight readings is good habit to monitor your heath or check if one med is workable for you, this app supports multiple users, you can track both you and your family’s readings separately.
You can add note for each reading, for example, if you know the reason one BP reading is higher than normal, add it together with your readings, which will help doctors to diagnose or remind yourself to avoid that happening again.

CSV AND HTML NOT AVAILABLE EVEN IF PAID
While this app provides features critical for a diabetic person like me, the CSV EXPORT option keeps on popping up notifications that I need to set up e-mail account, even if I paid for my subscription. That’s a major letdown for when I want my data exported to excel on my macbook. Hoping the developer enables this for paid subscription. It’s a paid app anyway…

I have been prediabetic for seven years. I finally got diagnosed as typed two diabetic. They wanted me to keep track of my glucose reading. I downloaded this app that is very helpful to me. It keeps track of my glucose reading, high blood pressure reading, and it keeps a list of all my medication. I really do like this app.

Excellent APP
I’ve been diagnosed with type two diabetes for over 30 years, and during the time have not had to keep a strict record generally. In 2022 suffered some severe medical issues which then require me to start logging my information for my blood sugar and blood pressure. I looked for and couldn’t find a an app that would do the job only last month that is December did I find this app. For me it’s an answer to a prayer. It makes my recordkeeping so much easier so much more effective the ease with which I enter the information on my iPhone, the fact that it’s color coded to show entries that are out of the norm is very helpful. And the fact that I can download it as a PDF and email it to my Dr. makes both of us happy. I took the time to share this with my doctor as he has other patients that may find it useful.
