Blood Pressure Tracking App

I purchased the upgrade in order to print report for my physician and it doesn’t work.

They don’t give any email address or phone number to contact. Been waiting to cancel and get refunded and the app chat messenger won’t work. Never sign up for anything without a clear way to cancel. Lesson learned.

Warning for those the get a subscription through your Apple Products. If you get a subscription through Apple ($39.99 / yearly) and you try to unlock the app’s feature, you get a pop up that tries to charge another yearly subscription ($39.99) on top of what was already bought through the Apple App Store. For that reason I must rate it no better than 3-stars until that issue is corrected.

Paid for a year, immediately saw it didn’t do what I thought from the description and asked for a refund. My repeated chat messages are all ignored! How do I get a refund?

Save feature on multiple reminder not working!

This app worked perfectly fine for saving BP data, even transferring the data to the Apple Health. But it seems like after that last update or so, the app crashes when you try to save the BP readings and, the past couple of times of use, froze the iPhone. Only way of resolving is to totally shut down and close the app without the data being saved.

I thought that I cancelled this subscription, but though I never used the app was charged $30. Can’t get help with the issue. I thought that blood pressure could be measured using phone camera.

Can't take blood pressure

I have really been enjoying this app to check my blood pressure and pulse. I upgraded my phone, and now I have lost all my data. The app is now requiring payment to use it with no notice. I am truly disappointed!
