Tried to create new account but when I press create new bloomid all it says is invalid email

I can’t log in, only create an account and when I try to create account I get an error “account already exists”... this is a serious, launch-blocking bug and I’m curious how you didn’t catch it. I hope you’re not prioritizing account creation over login so much that you forgot to test the login experience.

Get your information off this application. You’re leaving yourself wide open to a hack and identity theft.

Token is worth practically nothing and this app does… what exactly?

I created a Bloom account a couple of years ago, and now I am unable to access the account. It’s asking me to upload a recovery file, but I have no such file. When I try to register a new account, it tells me the email address is already taken. When I request to reset my password, I never receive a password reset email. In the app, I keep getting a message saying “Could not find user with ethAddress…” Now I’m concerned that this company has my personal information, and I have no way to access it. Please be careful before you download this app!

I just got Bloom works really well,….but I do have a question is the security for hacks free and will it tell me when the free trial ends?
