Small screen.. cannot see products on app On iPad

It seems such stores all hype Holiday Sales with endless emails showing huge discounts… but when you try to access the offer and enormous discounts, good luck. Found and found the game goes. But the big discounts and promos never fall into place. I did one such e-promo online show 50% discount on shoes. After much time entering, and confirming the discount only went to 20%. Such a joke… on me. Not again !

Online site is easy to navigate and their loyalty program is outstanding.

Discounts offered 25% if you get a bloomingdales card, so sign up and made purchase, they cancel it and ask me to call them. After having to call multiple times, passed around multiple times they simply said “ its cancelled, no explanation, you just cant purchase, try to use a diff mode of payment,”. What a scam. This is the worst, most unhelpful customer service I have ever experienced. Makes you wait for nothing, no call, back like promised. No solution and no explanation. Absolute disappointment. Never purchasing from this again.

Tried the credit cards several ways. Finally it worked. Shouldn’t have been so time consuming!

I’m deleting the app because it’s not really iPad compatible. The app opens up as if it’s only for use on an iPhone, it doesn’t use the full screen of my iPad. Is the an iPad version in development? Is that really hard to do?

App has not allowed me to check out for over a month
