Ever since the railgun collaboration, the game has been crashing for me every 5 minutes. I LITERALLY HAVE TO LOG IN TWICE JUST TO BEAT ONE STAGE IN EVENTS OR REGULAR CAMPAIGN. AND CLEARING RAIDS IS IMPOSSIBLE IN A SHORT TIME BECAUSE IT KEEPS CRASHING EVERY TIME IN MID BATTLE! PLEASE FIX THIS! IM BEGGING YOU. This game really holds a special place in my heaet and I don’t want to hate it because of these issues.
Ever since the major update, i haven’t been able to log into my account. Whenever I click tap to start, it just crashes and I don’t know why cause my device has plenty of space left, I have been looking forward to the fest banner for like 2 months now because I missed the last one and now I can’t even log in. I think it’s just an optimisation problem because my device is old, I hope this gets fixed cause I really want to pull for the fest banners.
Im using an iphone 13 and the ram in it is just 4 so after 90 mins it crashes

The game is good and all, but there’s a problem I’m dealing with regarding the download. Every time I entered the game there’s an Error occurring saying “Closing the App due to failed download.” So I uninstalled the game and booted it up back, and again It took me an hour or so. And again, it is still there “Closing the app due to failed download.” Again, don’t know why how and why when I just restarted (good thing I have my account bind.)
I love this game because of the story and characters, but I can’t play if every 5 minutes the game crashes, even though I closed all of my unused apps and have plenty of storage left. I can’t even do my dailies and missions without crashing and it takes too long to log in again and then crash 5 minutes after. Devs please fix this problem, because some will quit this game due to this problem and this has been an ongoing problem for a long time to IOS players and it didn’t get fixed yet.
Rerolkong is quick ans easy and rates are not fixed. I got a 3 ssr units in 10pulls at beginner banner and got another 2 ssr units in limited banner around 5mins of creating account
What's with this game. I can't even play straight because it constantly crashes. And the loading time switching between menus is so frustrating. Do your job devs, fix the game!
When I first download this app, it was fine. It made me download all the assets and proceed to the game. Now i re downloaded it and even though I have 8 gb free and the game resources is just 5gb, it says not enough storage. Like bro 5 gb is< than 8gb and my ipad has 8gb free the game is just 5gb so why is it not enough storage?? Please fix it it’s already my 7th day with this problem!!!
I played the game and downloaded all necessary files, it was going well. But, sometime after, i tried to play the game, it crashes after loading. I tried various methods to fix it but it won’t work. I’m using Iphone 6s and i think that’s the problem?… If you can fix the crashing, please do.
