سئ جدا وعطل فى الطريق ووقفنا ٣ ساعات على الصحراوى على ماوصل اتوبيس بديل وسواق الاتوبيس البديل بيزعق فى الناس ويقل ادبه وبيقول للناس (اللى عاجبه يركب واللى مش عاجبه ميركبش مش كفايه انى جيتلكم اصلا) مع انه فعلا اغلى اتوبيس والمفروض بيقولوا انضف شركة حاليا

Stuff is not professional at all, I lost items in the bus and the driver simply said he throw it in the trash also your call center just answering calls without doing anything; they will just waste your time and your money. Not recommended at all.

I had an extremely unprofessional experience with the Blue bus company. I had booked four tickets for the business class bus, but they cancelled my trip just four hours before without any prior notification. Instead of informing us about the cancellation, they only mentioned that there would be a delay. What made matters worse was the lack of any apology for the inconvenience caused. When I requested a refund, they asked me to wait for 14 days. This entire situation exemplifies their extreme unprofessionalism. Don’t use it كانت لدي تجربة غير مهنية للغاية مع شركة (Blue Bus). حجزت أربع تذاكر فى اتوبيس الBussiness، ولكنهم قاموا بإلغاء رحلتي قبل أربع ساعات فقط بدون أي إشعار مسبق. بدلاً من إعلامنا بالإلغاء، ذكروا فقط أنه سيكون هناك تأخير. ما جعل الأمور أسوأ هو عدم اعتذارهم عن الإزعاج الذي تسببوا فيه. عندما طلبت استرداد المبلغ، طلبوا مني الانتظار لمدة 14 يومًا. تُجسد هذه الحالة بأكملها سوء المهنية الشديدة للشركة. من فضلك متسخدموش الشركة دى فلوسك هتضيع عليك ووقتك وجهدك وكلًحاج ة

Canceled a trip a month ago, remember to check my account just today to discover that the amount still not refunded, you guys are dirt* people, if people forget you simply get the money how corrupt is that besides having the worst busses, the worst drivers that force us to watch movies all ride along even when we should sleep, AC either too hot or too cold, unnecessary stops at snacks bar bc why not add to this disaster ride a few pounds as commission NEVER AGAIN 🚫

لو حجزت من التطبيق مش حاتعرف تعدل ميعاد وتروح الشركة يقولك من التطبيق والتطبيق مهنج تقولهم يقولك استنى عليه شوية وجرب تهريج وتجربة فاشلة

Firstly they said on the app that there were no stops during the trip when in reality there was one in OCTOBER!! so add one more hour to the trip. Secondly, they literally lost my bag!!! And didn’t even bother to return it they just left it in there office for me to pick it up when it was 100% their fault and they expect me to go get it after 12:30am?? Worst decision and worst experience ever never again.

The toilet smells bad, the driver out of the blue just decided to drive a long distance backwards todrop some passengers at the king SaLman’s university and getting stuck there for a while without even asking for our permission causing us 2 hours delay
