• Display and share your Blue Shield of California ID card

• Review your claims, and track the progress of new claims from outset to finalization

• Review your health care team, including your doctors’ credentials, locations and contact information

View ID card

This app claims That you can view your ID card in the app. UNTRUE!!!! This app wools never allow me to do so! Very disappointing. You did NOT deliver as promised. Please Make this app actually allow me to view my card!!!

App crashes as soon as I touch an icon

This is the worst app! As soon as I touch something on the screen, it immediately crashes on my new iPhone 16.

Crashes when tapping Benefits

App crashes when I tap “Benefits” button on the bottom or “View your benefits” on the main page

Please update

The app keeps crashing! It will load correctly, but after selecting different sections within the app, it closes/crashes. Hoping for a fix soon.

Crashes all the time

This was a great app but now when i launch it, it crashes when I leave the main page every time. I tried deleting and installing again. Same issue.

Buggy…

The app doesn’t work. Crashes seconds after I open it on repeat… T_T

Constantly getting an error on the Teladoc app

So many features of the scene completely useless, especially the Teladoc app when I can continually getting error messages.

Paying extra for the PPO plan has not had any use!!

I need to see a specialist but can’t make an appointment unless I see a primary, which takes 3 months to get an appointment. When I signed up for the PPO I did it so I could go to any doctor. I might as well have Kaiser instead and pay less per year.

Denying preventative care

Please be advised that they are currently denying coverage for preventative care. They are denying coverage for Exact Science Laboratories which is one of their recommended providers. If this also happened to you Blue Shield can be reported to the state by contacting Department of managed health care. I will delete this review once my preventative care claim is covered.

Absolute Worst Health Plan

I am baffled to this day that these health plans are allowed to operate the way they do, silently ripping hard working employees off and cashing fat checks to their own benefit. I’ve had multiple poor experiences with their customer service, it’s nearly imposible to find a provider who can see you in the coming months, and there are numerous holistic healthcare services they do not cover. An absolute abomination. I cannot believe how much this is costing me in each paycheck, and how low quality this plan truly is. Avoid at all costs!
