App is constantly crashing, even on my new iPad Pro. Funny thing, I had actually upgraded my iPad thinking that was the issue to this app not working properly. The app would constantly say the memory was low. Turns out, even on a pro model, I still get this message.
Another major annoyance is that this app supports a non-relevant cloud service such as drop box, but does not consider using OneDrive. For the price paid for this mobile app, I expect a lot better.
It’s Bluebeam for an iPad, not desktop
The app is great for what it offers on the iPad OS. The app integrates well with cloud services, great for viewing and annotating large PDFs, and you can easily flip through multiple open files. My only complaint is that the user interface feels clunky and cumbersome.
If you’re expecting the functionality of the desktop version you will be disappointed. It’s an iPad version…
Bluebeam for iPad
I have been using Bluebeam for iPads since 2018. I work in construction and this has been the best tool used for drawings. I am able to annotate drawings, share drawings, and this app allows me to do whatever I need in construction.
Pure garbage
This is truly an awful piece of software. I hope Bluebeam invests in a team that can turn this app that looks like a slideshow made by a 5th grader into something that is at least functional.
I had high hopes for being able to mark up drawings and make redlines of studio sessions with Apple Pencil and I kind of can but every aspect of using this app is tedious and awful.
Glitchy app needs upgrade
Upgrade and debug this app and it would be amazing!
The low memory bug has reappeared.
The low memory bug has reappeared. The app is not reliable anymore. This needs to get fixed.
Loads Studio Session Files / Performs Markups Great - Needs Updates
First and foremost, I’m thankful to have a mobile solution for Bluebeam Revu, especially as I’ll need to upload and manage Bluebeam Studio Sessions and associated files quite often. This app, however, lacks much functionality, as I cannot load profiles to mark certain comments in a Session as being addressed, and I cannot load in files into the program using Microsoft OneDrive or at least Apple Files. I do appreciate the ease of use of this application, especially with regard to being able to flatten and email documents with a single button.
It would be awesome if the Bluebeam team could also optimize the UI of this application for iPad Pro 12.9” screens, as that is the screen size of my current device. I am hoping to rely on this program more heavily in the future to avoid having to carry my beefy work laptop with me everywhere, as I see the possibilities of working completely remotely with a solid-functioning Revu app.
I love the app
I was surprised by reviews. I have used app since you could purchase. I find it very useful.
Can’t see my files!
I just bought the ipad version after using the desktop version of Revu which I like a lot. I signed into my dropbox but I can’t see all my files. I see some files but not all and can’t seem to sync it again. If I can’t even access the files I need to mark then this app is useless for me.
I hope the developer can fix this issue soon.
You better know how to use it
If you don’t know how to use the app your out of luck when you try to get help
