Frustrating Experience with Premium Subscription
I’ve been using Bluecoins for a while, and while it has great features for managing finances, my recent experience with customer support has been frustrating. After purchasing the premium subscription on November 5, 2024, I had to uninstall the app due to frequent bugs. When I reinstalled it, there was no option to restore my previous purchase. Hoping the app would recognize my prior payment, I clicked “Upgrade to Premium” again, only to be charged a second time. Despite reaching out to both Apple and the developer, I couldn’t get a refund or proper assistance. The lack of a functional “restore purchases” option has made what should have been a smooth process unnecessarily stressful. I hope the developers will address this issue and improve their customer support in the future. For users considering upgrading, I recommend being cautious to avoid the same frustrating experience.
