lol .. this racist app is a big scam that just wants your information so they can use it to sale it.. it’s sad because they blocked all my minority friends.. wow 2025 I can’t believe we got racist & scamming apps.. it’s just a sign of the times.. This app also has no jobs to offer you.. just a waste of time..they don’t deserve any stars.

They will have you go thru an entire application process & background check that takes hours then have u download the app just to be put on a waitlist for a job you already went thru a process to apply for. Once you’re on that waitlist, the job ur expecting to work just disappears! Then they barely have any jobs anyway.

The costumer service dont care about you and I’ve tried to contact them because I have a missing payment and they told me the last week that they was gonna give me an answer without 24 hours and there it’s almost 500 hours and ain’t receive any response from them

I’m not exactly sure how happy or unhappy I am with the app/ company. Very discomforting to see many jobs available, only to then provide all personal information to then open the app there is absolutely no jobs populating within a 65 mile radius. I will give the app another day or so to display any kind opportunities and will update this review if app becomes useful.

They let you book a shift and remove you at the last second with no explanation.. And if it keeps happening they ban you from applying like it’s your fault.. this app is broken don’t work for them and I heard people do not get paid for working shifts if the manager doesn’t put it in.

I signed up maybe two years ago and everything was good. I did a couple of jobs. The last job that I did the manager was really mean she was really forceful and the work environment was horrible. All of a sudden I’m deactivated. They didn’t give me a reason why I was deactivated and they won’t let me work again, and I tried to sign up again and, I was not able to sign up again. I’m trying to pay my rent and not get evicted and they don’t care about people and will deactivate you for no reason and not give you the reason I’ve tried to talk to real human being and no one has reached out to me all I get is these chat bots. I think the next step is to get a lawyer to see if I can get back on the app.

The first week is one day so they pay you for that then scam you on the week after but say it’s going to arrive if you’ve had the same problem contact me

Aparecen muy pocos turnos en mi área, detrás de eso siempre los perdía por culpa de ellos porque me tenían que hacer la verificación de 7 pasos y nunca la hicieron, te piden todos tus documentos simplemente para nada y luego te inhabilitan la app, no la volvería a usar ni tampoco se la recomiendo a nadie!!!!

I haven’t been able to get any work bc the I-9 forms are unable to be completed. Every time I try to verify the forms return an error to upload B and C documents when the documents are already uploaded. Support ran me around in circles and could not fix the issue.

I got a long term contract. I went in for the first day. I was told that they did not have any work. I was placed on waiting list. I was told I’d be paid for half a day since I was scheduled and I did show up on time. I have yet to be paid and support will not reply to me and it has been 2 weeks. I would not recommend*****update*****: Thanks for the reply and I thought it might be a good idea to try that as well. My first question was answered but as soon as it was learned what my issue was I have since been ignored.
