Can’t get past login screen
Another 30 minutes trying to log in Reset pw etc - if CEO had to log in every hour, he/she would ask this to be fixed, by a new team This app fails to load, requires you to sign in every time as if it’s a bank account because maybe a few people can’t control their phone security? Information tends to be useless But IF it be loads, you can see claims Like anything from their marketing department, quality is not a priority. They THINK they are the only ones who know the business and this app demonstrates their talents. It can’t even open a pdf of YTD statements
It’s always super buggy and doesn’t function.
Crashes- won’t log me in. When you do manage to log in it logs you out. Just terrible
This app is not just useless, it is frustrating. I am never able to log on, it kicks me to the log on page each time I enter my credentials. When I was able to log on more than over a year ago, the information wasn’t accurate and the navigation to simply try to find urgent cares covered under my plan was impossible. For the amount of money BCBS-MN charges for insurance, you’d think they’d be able to pay for a decent app and website (which is also not working as of today). They should be embarrassed.
It seems as though this app doesn’t have the capabilities it is supposed to. There are many missing options. Including the accumulated out of pocket amounts. I will review again when I see a change. Until then don’t bother with this app.
Face ID never works. Keeps asking me to login with password, then asks me if I want to enable Face ID. There’s also no summary of out of pocket costs vs annual maximum. Not sure what this app is good for.
This app is absolutely terrible. It never works, it crashes every time I login and just sits and continues to try and sign you in.
This is the single worst healthcare app I have used. 90% of the time it won’t open or says there’s an error. When it does work and I find a doctor that’s “in network”, I got billed for out of network and am told the information online had not been updated. Very disappointing and to see this type of feedback for more than a year shows to complete lack of customer service from BCBS.
