Will update the review to 5 star once the Apple Watch app is functioning.

This morning the app wanted to refresh me as a user. Now it’s broken and will not authorize. This is obviously a problem since I’m the top authorized user in our network.

The latest update did not address the issue with the app not saving the naming edits. When the app works it is fine. Better than carrying a physical card or fob. However I find myself force closing the app to get it to recognize doors near me. No responses from the developer.

App worked ok until the event update. Our building has several readers and the edit button was very helpful. With the update it’s not keeping the changes. I changed it within hours and it’s back to default. I tried to send an issue via the report an issue on the app and got a mailer delivery issue.

App disables itself after a few weeks/month of not using it.

Frequently does not recognize which door to open, requiring more maneuvering - which can be awkward with hands full of other things. Sometimes takes more than one try to unlock the door even when it has the right door. I miss the key fob.

Low quality app, rarely works as expected

Keeps forgetting and having to pair

Love using this app every morning- tab to open!!!
