After recent update app stopped working not even opening up...it says no internet connection though wifi connection is there...trying to open bluestone.com website its also not working...what about my order that I placed recently ?

I purchased ring in 2021 and checked to exchange in 2024. I paid 11035 in 2021. With gold and diamond prices so high the exchange price they are showing is 11298. ₹200 more with gold prices almost doubled from 2021. Same ring to buy now it’s price is ₹17000. Please don’t buy from these cheaters. Wanted to give 0 stars but not possible. Now a days there making charges almost 40 to 50%

Good app good platform but where are the days of 0 making charges gone ?10+1 scheme is a waste if are planning to buy pure gold coins and any design eats up 4-5 k on making charges,if bluestone could go back to old times we too and most of loyal customer would buy jewellery seamlessly

The designs are boring , like just old stuff. As if they haven’t changed anything as per new trends.. making charges are very high. Can’t purchase a coin or something valuable with our Credit on the app.

Given that it is not natural diamond why are the prices so high. Are you trying to match to carat lane n all in terms of prices by hiking making charges etc. i remember looking at your website right after you came on shark tank and everything made so much sense. But now i was shocked to see almost no good collection at affordable prices. It seems you have forgotten your own line that ab heera sada k liey hi nahi par sabhi k liey… this won’t work out. At menial price delta no one will buy artificial diamond. And you need improve big time on designs… how weird are they…
