I absolutely hate this app! If you don’t buy the no adds for $10 you can’t use this app. It’s all adds and you can’t get past them. The X button does not work when the add is done and even if you are able to get past it another one pops up if you try to go into any other part of the app. It was not like this in the beginning but apparently someone got greedy and made it so you can’t use it unless you buy it

I had a lot of data saved on my app and bought a new phone. Now all that data is gone and I really need the information that was saved on it.

What’s the deal? The site said if I paid I would be ad-free. I was for a couple months but then they started again.

Never can see my years of entries. I want my data out, how do I get it out.

To many ads that you cannot even use the app! Going to find something else if it is not fixed!!

I have the free app don’t care about ads but your last few updates won’t let you click on the X or skip it once the ad is done. Definitely and issue. I don’t want to pay for your app so this is frustrating. I used to like it.

I’ve had this app for something like 13 or 14 years. It was great at first when the apple notes app was not well developed. A number of years ago, the app stopped being updated. Finally, an update came out, but I lost everything. Luckily I was able to revert back to an old iPhone backup on my computer. But I was not able to open the app due to it being out of date and incompatible with the OS I had. I accidentally updated it once again just now and lost EVERYTHING. Hundreds, thousands of notes, writings, journal entries, etc. I can only hope my old phone still works and has the information on it. Developers, please reach out to me if there’s a way to recover that data.

Advertisements all the time. Many with sound that interrupt what you’re listening to. Many ads are long and they purposely hide the x so you can’t skip it. Many times when you skip it you end up getting sent to the ad page. It’s gotten extremely annoying. Do not get.

Update Appears to be designed to force you to pay $10 to remove ads. It more difficult to escape ad screens now. Use to take two attempts to clear ads, now it’s difficult to clear the screen. This has to be by design. I’m looking for another app. I understand a company creating new revenue streams, but I don’t like feeling manipulated (becoming frustrated with the many additional steps needed to clear ad & review my notes).

I used to absolutely love this app. It was amazing. All of a sudden, I can’t delete backups. If you contact Support, it’s a failed email address. Why would they change this so much. I paid for a program that I have no control over deleting files.
