I received the "don't download iOS 9" after I had already downloaded it. I am really frustrated with not being able to get into my Avenue. Please get with Apple soon so I can access this again.
Warning: This app relies completely on your internet speed. If you don't have your device devoted to running JUST this app and a strong internet connection, it freezes or is slower than mud. Love the PC program. App is not worth the non-refundable price.
I can not access this app it want a log in but I haven't even registered so what to do cant start with out registering not liking it so far please fix it
Thank you so much for the prompt response in fixing the app issue. I am now able to scroll down to all of my customers and all of my products. Thank you, thank you. Definitely makes the app worth the money when it works properly.
Beware!!! This app does not work like they tell you it will if you have Verizon as a provider. To be able to look at your program and search their history while speaking to the customer is impossible on this network. The program is extremely slow and continuously times out and freezes up. I have spent at least 3 hrs on the phone with them and still not all of my customers are available in my avenue database and no one can seem to fix it. If you have to call customer service it is free but beware you may hold for 15-30 min. I was misinformed about this app and highly disappointed in the customer service. I have been with this company for 14 yrs and I am now leaving. Their customer service is no where close to what it use to be. This is a waste of money. Wish I could be refunded but it is non-refundable.
I have a couple suggestions. I had the app lock up and the only "help" I received was to reinstall it, resync it, and all should be fine. There is no where to add a date for an invoice. Everything goes to today's date from what I can tell. Not useful if you want to key past invoices in while on the go. When scrolling through the product lists or customer lists, it often won't let you scroll past the first page of choices. Too bad if you want to order a mineral eye color...they are too far down the list to be able to select for the invoice. I was super excited but do not feel like this app was worth the $50 I was charged. Hopefully some updates are coming soon. Also, it only works in portrait view. It won't switch to landscape. Please help us!!!! Thanks
I use the computer program and I Love it. I have also used the other mobile app to run my biz on the go. (Palm). It always worked for me an I had no problems. So I was very excited when the announcement was made that the iPad/iPhone app was ready. I have been very disappointed with this app. It freezes constantly. And alway while I am using it during business. It happened to me twice during a transaction and several times during exploration of the app. I always have to delete the app then reinstall an sync it. So far I have been nothing but frustrated with this app. But since I love the program and Apple I will try it for a little bit longer in hopes that any bugs will be taken care off.
I'm still learning the App, but so far I'm loving it. I especially love the fact that I can sync my database without having to be attached to my home computer. I'll report back if I have problems!
