BMO Spend Dynamics

The statements are great if you can ever get in to access them, spend dynamics is more frustrating to use than most government websites. It’s is hands down the company’s worst product

To log into the website is wants me to retrieve a code from the app but locks me out of the app. When the app is working it doesn’t match the online functionality so I can’t enter expenses properly. So I try and login online but then the app locks out. How a bank this size tolerates this is beyond me.

Worst banking app I’ve seen. Very confusing and never up to date versus the online website. My company has 3 cards issued and trying to figure out the balances and available credit on the overall umbrella account is impossible to do. How is it possible that one of the cards have a $12k avail balance but then overall umbrella only shows $3k available? Doesn’t make sense! BMO as a whole is a joke of a financial institution.

Will no longer let me sign in, no option for if you forget password or username, have funds on hold I can no longer access because app won’t let me sign in

The fact I need two apps to bank with you is ridiculous

Having to use spend dynamics is so bad that I am considering leaving BMO commercially and personally (5 accounts 1 LOC and mortgage) Now with the 2 factor that barely works and wanting facial recognition as well. We’re finally at our tipping point. Can’t believe they haven’t gotten rid of this program yet.

This app is terrible.

Logging in is seamless, but the app is lacking the capabilities of the online version. I need to be able to upload my receipts in PDF form. This app is useless to me without that feature.

Keeps telling me that my account is temporarily locked and can’t login. I suspect it has to do with the developers not recognizing that some users have turned on secondary verification (secret questions).

Impossible de me connecter avec le même nom d’utilisateur et mot de passe que j’utilise sur un PC. Impossible de commenter plus puisque je n’ai jamais vu davantage cette app.
