Poor Experience with Bmove - Incorrect Zones and Lack of Support
During my vacation in Pula, I decided to rent a car through Bmove. I made sure to set up the GPS correctly in order to navigate the city and its parking zones. Unfortunately, it quickly became apparent that the app provided by Bmove did not accurately indicate the designated parking zones. As a result of relying on the information provided by the Bmove app, I received a hefty fine of 100 euros for parking in an area that was supposedly restricted. I was incredibly disappointed by this turn of events, as I had trusted the app to guide me accurately. It was disheartening to discover that the information provided by Bmove was unreliable and led to such a costly penalty. To make matters worse, after returning from my vacation, I noticed suspicious activities in my Bmove account. I discovered unauthorized parking charges in Zagreb, a city I had never visited. This raised serious concerns that my account and credit card information had been compromised and used without my consent. Worried about the security of my personal data, I promptly reached out to Bmove's customer support, detailing the situation and seeking assistance. Regrettably, my attempts to contact Bmove's support proved futile. Despite multiple attempts to report the unauthorized use of my account and express my concerns about a possible security breach, I received no response whatsoever. The lack of acknowledgment and support from Bmove was deeply disappointing and left me feeling frustrated and ignored.
