app has been unstable since Jan 2023, now May 2023 still bog-slow, not loading images, biggest issue is that it is unable to complete a search. Seems to be incompatible with Lockdown mode. Nearly all apps work perfectly in Lockdown mode; this app appears to be an exception

So easy - I keep my card on it can place a hold just by searching for the book and look up my loans.

Please please add an option to save and/or favourite a book in a list without requesting a hold for an item.

The app is really handy and very user friendly however like most of the other reviewers I think it would be improved by the addition of a Favourite Books List and a Wish List of books you would like to read. This would be useful to keep track of good books that can be read again and books to borrow in the future. These features would be especially handy to keep track of my kids preferences.

I’ve tried over and over to reset my PIN both on the website and using this App. The page starts loading and just stops at 10%. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Restarted my phone. Closing all the Apps. No difference. Unusable app.

So this app is pretty good, let’s you place holds, renew, and borrow all on the app without having your physical card. To make it more finished and a 5 star, the designers should add a future reading list, which users can fill with future books. I have maybe 50 books I want to borrow/read eventually, but there is no way on the app to keep track of that. They should also add a reviews section, where people can review the books they have read and perhaps this could link to recommendations to similar books? I also think a history section where you can see the books you have borrowed in the past would be a useful feature. Like I said it’s a good app, and far better than no app, but it needs a few more features to really become a 5 star app

Easy to manage checkouts and holds - would be 5 star if I could keep a ‘want to read’ list.

I use the Brisbane Library site all the time to place holds and search the catalogue. Happy to finally have that in an app. Suggestions for future updates- add the ability to tag books to read in future.

This is a very good app, but you can only put 20 holds and I would like to place more holds please. Also the best library app!!!

I love the function of linked accounts, very convenient to manage holds and checkouts across accounts in our family. Thank you development team for come up with such great feature. I just found that the linked accounts constantly got removed automatically after a while and I always had to add them back again. This looks like a bug, would be great if it could be looked into. Thanks.
