This is the only app available for Il and I had to change my phone number for protective reasons and it locked me out completely. There is no customer service to call, no way to change it, nothing. I can’t even create a new account because my cards are linked to my old account with the old number! Do better.

App logs you out every 5 or so minutes even when actively using it. I have to go through full login 4-5 times every shopping trip! Absolutely ridiculous!

Makes you log in EVERYTIME you pick it up and have to wait for and put in text code. I walked from one isle to one over pick up phone to look at app and it already makes me sign in again. After 6 or 7 times I was so frustrated I just hoped for the best. then when I got to register I had one or two wrong things because the brands are not on the app. Very Frustrating.

The app automatically logs you out while you’re using it and makes it a hassle to send a temporary code to log back in

My phone number is no longer the same and the app will not send me a forgot password so I can update my information. Is there a way to delete my old account for me to be able to create a new one? My local WIC office can’t help me

The app worked fine for a while and one day it randomly asked to verify my identity. As I was entering my phone number, I accidentally entered it incorrectly, and without any warning it was submitted into the app. Since then I’ve been unable to access my account on the app or website. It can’t send me a code and I can’t seem to get in touch with anyone that can help. I’ve called and emailed and no one knows for to fix this issue. I also tried to reset my password, but I never receive the code to my email.

I cannot get into the app without a code being sent to my phone… I have a new number so there’s no way I can get the number. The customer service is NO HELP!! There’s no person to answer the phone, nothing on the website or app to change the number… this update is ridiculous & an inconvenience! Update the app & remove the authentication number & code so that we can get in easily OR allow us to change our numbers & allow us other ways to verify who we are so that we can go about changing our information without frustration. We have to put in our SSN, name, address, child(ren)s info… why can’t it just be that easy??? & for reference I live in Illinois.
