Selling tickets feature doesn’t work
I need to sell my tickets and it gives an error code. Been trying for two days and even transferred them to my wife and it didn’t work on her app either. I’m going to be out $1,100. Awful.

Norrie 4 4 ✅ Tiafoe 6 6 Note: still showing the incorrect winner as I text.
Don’t get me wrong, I am a huge fan of the BNP Paribas Open Tennis Tournament, but whatever they paid for the development of their app was too much. Including Juniors in the order of play without allowing for a filter to just see the WTA and ATP games that everyone is here to see is just the beginning. Try searching for a player. That function works but in order to remove the keyboard, you have to exit and restart the app. How about actually including the “not before start times” for both men and women? That info is simply basic level for an event like this. Finally, trying to locate details on the app is painful, and when actually located it turns out several of the details are just incorrect. A fantastic, big money tournament with a junior league app!
I've used this years past and found it helpful. This year, not so much. No order of play by court - you must scroll endlessly. Quite the lag in match score updates. All but useless in the Garden due to inadequate Wi-Fi and tens of thousands on their phones! What's worst in my opinion is no more streaming matches. So I just spent five days watching the first week but I can barely follow the rest of the tournament. I must make due with what tennis channel deems most worthy of televising. Very frustrating for a true fan. We've attended every year of the past ten, even making the shoehorned October dates! Please try to do better.
As an aid to view specific matches whilst attending the tournament this app is severely lacking. How about a comprehensive list of each court, which matches have been completed and the respective scores, and which matches are yet to be played?
Don’t bother!
Nothing works Lame schedule of play They don’t even list a complete list of restaurants in their own company :(
Could work better. Finding or buying tickets is cumbersome and definitely beware. You could mistakenly purchase the incorrect ticket date! Then there’s absolutely no recourse for ANY refund nor an exchange! So aggravating. Zero customer services and reprieve on it.
I ended up using the ATP app to follow the 2022 IW tournament. I did not find an option to favorite players & receive notifications for their matches. Seems like it is becoming more expensive & more complicated to follow tennis, which will likely limit development of future fanbase.
For a tournament of this magnitude, the app is lame. Basically will tell you scores and schedule. Draws for singles only, no doubles draws, and the singles draws are hard to negotiate. No list of seeds. Player info is slim. Unless you are attending the tourney, this adds nothing you can’t get from ESPN, or yahoo sports or similar. The reviews from those attending don’t seem very favorable either.
