But the ads drive you mental

I downloaded this game and it worked fine, however, it had ads. I paid $7.99 for “no adds” and the app crashed. I have tried to reopen and it crashes. I deleted the app and downloaded it again, it worked, but had adds. I checked my bank statement and I had been charged $7.99 for “no adds”. This is dodgy wouldn’t recommend buying this app. NOT HAPPY!

Hey there board game lovers! This game is great, and is fun to play with your friends. Having dots and boxes allows this game to stand out (along with the multiplayer of course), as well as all the originals, but has one minor problem: THERE IS NO CHESS. Could you add chess please in a later update? Thanks

There’s nothing really exciting about this game it’s straight out old school checkers like your grandma use to play.

Although there’s a ton of ads in this game but it’s a small price to pay to keep a game free. However if you gonna have ads the least you can do is make sure they don’t effect game play. I like to play mancala with my mom when I visit her and when playing two players there’s an uncloseable ad that completely covers the other players score and whatever else is under there. It’s pretty frustrating and affects how we play sometimes. I understand the devs need their money, I just wish the ads were more thoughtfully placed

I have a problem with a couple of the games. In the official rules of checkers, you must jump your opponent when you are faced with that possibility. In this game it is optional. Unfortunately, there’s no way to change it so that it works correctly! Dots and Boxes is worse. If you don’t move with in a certain timeframe, then the game moves for you! This happens when you’re playing another opponent. I don’t know what the behavior is when you’re playing the computer. The most annoying thing about the game moving for you is that it chooses the best move! Therefore, you’re rewarded for not moving in time!! I don’t even know why Tic Tac Toe is included. It’s such a dull game and anyone over 6 or 7 years old would probably tire of it very quickly!

The six games themselves are well done. The ads are so excessive. Tic tac toe takes like 20 seconds per game , but you have to watch an ad after every two games. I couldn’t even play backgammon because the banner ad covered my side of the board. The user experience on this one is just so poor.
