$15 takes me a long way!!! I do wish they had an option where they let you deposit less than $15 at a time

Not sure what’s up with this business and app… scooter was broken. Scooter said scan to get $3 free but no sign of that. You have to buy credits first rather than pay per ride. Bonus: tried to report the issues on my family’s scooters — in-app report feature asks for a six digit code from scooter… all of them are seven digits. I’d share a picture here if I could. Feel like my family just got ripped off for a lot of money for what we got

Love the app, the fact that this company is actually putting bikes in the hood so that we can get around is mind blowing. I see some get damaged but for the most part we treat them right. I also like how if you rent them in the hood the pricing is cheaper oppose to downtown. Please don’t quit guys .

After a very negative experience, I don’t know that I’d trust this company with your money or personal information.

I used $15 to rent and tried to cancel and it wouldn’t and ended up charging me another $16!!! You’d think when ur money runs out it’d stop it didn’t . Ended up having to delete my account so it would stop and had to pay a balance I didn’t use . I hope everyone else has a better experience!
