BOC Smart Passbook

After I registered with the app, I tried several times to login with the setup PIN, but I couldn’t. Then I reset the PIN and tried. Result was same. Very bad first impression on this and as a software engineer I would like to suggest the developers of this application to reengineering it please. This is a critical bug.

who work in this bank ? Why these people didnt care and didnt fix this issuies. Not not showing accouts and money balances. This issue not come rerely. No one fix this.now more than few months. When open not showing anything. Shame of this employee who work in boc.ලංකාවේ ජරාම මෙලෝම රහක් නැති බෑන්ක් ඇප් එක මේක. පට්ට ගේමක් දෙන්නේ බැලන්ස් එකක් බලගන්න.

have many bug. Some times some option not work properly. Fix this bug and develop ui & ux . I have very bad experience this app.

The BOC Smart Passport app is utterly useless. It doesn’t display any of my bank details, making it pointless to use. The app feels like it was designed by amateurs, with extremely basic features and a cheap-looking interface. A banking app should provide proper functionality and a user-friendly experience, but this one fails completely. Highly disappointing!

Always not working properly. Need this one a severe update immediately. Although app opens account balances are not showing or it takes ages to show the balance.
