Comical to Suggest This is an ‘Upgrade’!!
It is sheer silliness to suggest this is an upgrade! I’ve been tracking my journey using Boditrax at the Fitness First gyms since Dec 28,2021. The comical ‘upgrade’ for the ‘track’ feature only captures my data from Mar 15,2024 onwards! If you want an ‘upgrade’ at least port over the complete user’s data you deluded twats! It is a journey that motivates which is now lost. Also the charting in the ‘track’ feature is pathetically poorly designed compared to the earlier version. It is an ‘upgrade’ only in your deluded minds!!🤷🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️😡

Was hoping for Apple Health integration, but this “upgrade” doesn’t even have a chart tracking any metric over a period of time. Disappointing!

Worst update ever!
Essentially the worst update ever created. It reduces the functionalities of the app, no historical graph can’t go back more than a dozen data point, absolutely useless
Why ruin a great app?
The older app was so much better.
I’ve just come back to Boditrax and found the new app user interface to be rubbish. So hard to track progress without scrolling through so much information and trying to remember each srceen . What a shame !
The absolute worst
I have never come across an app that is so difficult to log in, forgot the the password I’m still waiting 24hours later for a reset email, tried on the mobile and on the machine on the gym. Eventually gave up and deleted the app.

The app won’t even let me log in, saying invalid credentials and yet on the actual machine at the gym it always works and I get emails from Boditrax so how can it be invalid?
There’s something up with the bone mass for women
I’d add a picture if I could, the scale goes up 1,2,2,3,4 and shows that 2.5 ( which info says is the high end for females) is in the red (low)

Can’t adjust the tracking to show recent times
I love a graph and this app could be so much better if a graph could be added. A graph to show the linear changes of all the data on one page, timeline set by the user. Ie: I would prefer to see all my results from the past 1-3-6-12 month only, on one page. Considering the cost of a boditrax device, I feel the owners should invest in a more user friendly application as well!
