Valid Asia credentials don’t work. App could provide a hint that there is a FitnessFirst branded Boditrax app that works for Asia

I used the same credentials can login on the website, but the app keeps telling me it’s wrong. Terrible basic login problem

The login credentials are not synced to servers providing access to the Asia.website As a result users cannot login and use this app. Ticket raised over a week ago. Apathy and non-resolution.
