Don’t waste your time with this app unless they give a purchase option for the app with no ads. Covers the basic exercises but there’s an f’n ad after every exercise that won’t always close or it won’t let you close the ad until you click on it. F’n waste of time to try and use this app if you are seriously wanting to work out.

Now don’t just scroll down because you see the word adds, there isn’t that much. I have always been the skinny guy, but ever since I tried this app a few months ago, I have never been called the skinny guy and I can now to 40 chin ups without struggling and my new six pick is amazing!!! Thanks to whoever made this app!!!

This app is a life changer I’ve been using it for 2 months and Ive seen the gains the fact I can workout everyday but do different things home and at the gym is great thank u so much

After update,there are too many adds.Dont install and waste your time.

Way too many ads, and the content is bare, you can find more helpful information with a quick Google search. It has one set of exercises for bulking.. and then the same set of exercises just doubled up for the cutting. This app is trash, they can take the L.

All this app does is redirect you to ads!!! Stay away from this app!!!

This is sad. I would even pay to take the ads off but you can't. Could be a great app.
