Thoughtful app!
I am loving body by barre. Natalie’s workouts and instruction are well thought out, clear, and motivating. I have found it difficult to get into a routine but her workouts are helping. Week 1 workouts are under 20 minutes but there is no scaling back on intensity. I appreciate the calendar feature to schedule workouts, ability to join a program, stay in touch with the community, and recipe suggestions. These are all essentials to encourage building consistent efforts with community & nutrition support. Natalie also responds to every comment and so timely! She is engaged with the community and this is the first instructor & workout app that has felt so encouraging and motivating for me in years I would say.
