I developed a locked hip, attending the chiropractor was unsuccessful. I was looking at a CT scan. My daughter suggested I go back to BodyGuide, which I had used successfully four years ago. 4 weeks later I have 75% range in my hip again ( not bad result for 70 yr - so I shall keep on doing the BodyGuide program, in the hope of full range of movement.
I have suffered for about 7 months with neck pain and back pain and my legs can’t flex a lot cause I have hyper mobility issues but this app help loosen up my muscles and neck and back pain in only a few days, I love how it shows you quick videos how to do it. And it’s free best app ever if your struggling with pain get this app!!!!!!
After every appointment with my myo I come out with every intention of doing all the home exercises to save the next visit…I usually forget and back I go in another month. This app will help me stick with exercises - which only take a few short minutes. Great companion to my fitness regime.
I’ve struggled with hip pain for most of my 30s. This app lets you zero in on your pain points and tailor a program to get you moving again. I’m only 4 sessions in and I’m noticing a huge difference.
