1) The app doesn’t have all features which you can use on the laptop; 2) I didn't get the level of service I expected for the money I paid. They cancelled the course which I wanted to finish, but haven’t been able to do that. There was no notifications about that! 3) Additionally to that, the customer service is horrible - they never reply your emails. On Trustpilot I found many complains about that. To sum up, following my experience with BoF I wouldn’t recommend this website and their app

There are a lot of interesting articles that I wish I could save on my account so I could revisit later, I can save them on my browser but since there is an app that would be very convenient and easier to check out

Can easily log in on a web browser but the app doesnt work for me!

I have tried numerous times to try and log in to this apparently on my phone and iPad but it tells me that my information is incorrect! It’s really annoying. I then try and log on to the desktop website and it works fine so I don’t know why I can’t log into the app I have installed and uninstalled the app a lot to see if that will fix the problem but it doesn’t I’ve even tried changing my password to no avail I don’t know what else to do

Poor quality. Irritating because the touch is too sensitive. And no, it's not my phone because I don't have the issue with any other app. I only downloaded it because you kept signing me out of my account on Facebook. Not okay 👎🏻

Unique content. Saved articles feature is especially good

Can’t go back once I open an article. Share button barely works. Tap zones need adjustment for new devices and new OS.
