No response no processing of order no cancellation and not sure how to return my paid order value. Owner of app don’t use it

طلبت اخر طلبية مورنينغ غلوري ووصلني الموز مسوود اقرب للخراب غير اختلاف طعم المورنينج قلوري مني عارفة السبب بس اعتقد في شي اختلف في المكونات او العامل استعمل شي فيه نكهة مختلفة طلبت صوص ساندوتش الحلومي خارجي وجاني وسط الساندوتش

فيه اخطاء في الطلبات والموظفين تعاملهم مع المشاكل سيء جدًا لا يوجد اي احترافية في العمل

الطلب مو جاهز وفي غلط في الطلب

When I choose the branch to pickup my order sometimes the branch doesn’t have the order I want and what I ordered from the app . And this is shows that boga app is not updated and linked to their branches which causes inconvenience and waste of time . Update it happens twice with me !!

التطبيق سيء

استخدمته ودفعت مرتين لأن التطبيق يكتب لم يتم الدفع ويوم تواصلت مع الفرع كلموني فلبينين ياله فهموني وما رجعوا لي سعر طلبي الثاني! ولا حتى عطوني إلا طلب واحد !

I Sent a pickup order and my food was ready up on my reach to store, I think this is a nice service

First to choose half blow it charges you the price of 1.5 bowl so I ordered with pickup option without salad then and I went to the place and ordered the salad. When receiving the order they put separate item than what I ordered on top of being late !!!! Don’t launch if you are not ready the app.
