After months and months of my calls dropping out and not working, trying every single solution . I finally spoke to the chief engineer turns out the issue as I have an Apple Watch. Connected to my phone. If you have an Apple Watch you can’t use this service. The Bluetooth from the watch interrupts the calls. Support suggested I don’t use my Apple Watch anymore. Joke of a company with thousands of fake reviews. Stay well clear either get a separate work phone or move to Airlandline. Currently about to start a legal battle with with.
I am experiencing a 30% dropped call rate on incoming calls which is totally unacceptable and customer service is not responding to my complaints.

Signed up yesterday with bOnline… staff were very polite, knowledgable & professional. After a few initial tech gremlins they quickly had my service up and running. I would highly recommend bOnline. Update - after posting review, I discover the EE issue was first flagged up over a year ago. Makes it even more frustrating and annoying this has still not been fixed!!! Good cloud phone system - quick and easy to set up with good set of features. However the system runs off the old IPv4 tech which means it is REALLY buggy with EE or THREE Mobile on iPhones. No call connection, constant dropped calls etc. Only discovered this after signup of course …. And we run the system off EE Wi-Fi to iPhone (worked fine with previous cloud phone supplier!). I was advised this is a well known issue and there is a temp patch to sort it - which works fine for the BOnline phone app, and does sort the call issues out. But it also disables ALL other mobile and Wi-Fi capabilities of the iphone while the patch is installed. So either constant install/ delete is required of the patch (which in itself also causes issues) or you are totally unable to use the mobile phone for anything but calls when no Wi-Fi - yes, really! It’s quite shockingly bad for this to happen with the IPv4 patch they give you. The temp patch, I was advised, would only be needed for a few weeks as an updated app would be released May 5th 2023. It’s now mid-June and I am told the app will be upgraded “soon”. So no timescale now, then?? Really disappointed I seem to have been mislead when I signed up. Shame as the system is good otherwise. Devs - PLEASE, PLEASE get the app update sorted and released asap so I can removed the really troublesome patch BOnline gave me! I’d love to stay with BOnline, but I’d like to be able to use my mobile phone too!!! Thank you!
