Excellent service but delivery charges high

I just done first order, delivery charge & handling charge are too high. Delivery charge can pay. But handling charge cant expect.

I had ordered a product from the app. I had already paid for the product. I have not received the product yet , but the status shows it is delivered to sm other area . I tried to contact the helpline and they dont respond to it properly. It is the worst experience i have ever had . I have ordered products from many other sites bit never had such worst experience. Both the app and the helpline service is the worst ever.

Its been 6 days since I have placed my order but the apps tells that it's still in processing stage also does not help to tell me the exact date of Dili very of the brake pads. This is a serious concern If you people take 15-20 days for Delivery. My brake pads are about to finish and earlier the app did not told that order will take 20 days to deliver I would have never placed my order on boodmo. Also purchasing at higher value than spare part shops near me as requested paid platform fees, standard delivery fees but this is the service we get from boodmo. Request you to please expedite your delivery process as in today's era also you people want 20 days of delivery time. Also request you people to please connect us with some executive to listen our concerns and not using these robochats which irritates the most. Thanks for such pathetic services from boodmo. First and last purchase from this platform if it takes this much time for delivery of product.

This is totally fraud app and they are just scamming people. I ordered lubricants for my car and paid for my order because there is no cod available but after the order is placed they started changing the delivery date frequently, i waited for several days then my patience lost so I canceled the order but after that they don’t even gave my refund back and more frustrating is that it doesn’t have any proper customer care support you can only raise a ticket and till now i have not got my money back !!

Do not order from bodmoo tgeir return policy is not transparent For return processing they ask for unboxing videos and a lot pictures They deny returns for silly reasons Do not waste money

I am lawyer and I have filed a complaint on this company. Court notice is on the way. We have taken this step because they are just taking customer money and do not ship the product m, they take long time and cancel itself. Let’s meet there in court. We have strong evidence against this company.
