This app is completely unusable because of the ads. It redirects to games on the App Store and tells you you've won a free iPhone, and then directs you to a phishing site, every three seconds. I wasn't able to access any of the content. Absolutely appalling. I want my money back.
Why do I have to buy the app and PAY AGAIN to remove ads? Just about every other paid app removes adds. Disappointing.
Real disappointment! Crashes over and over. Also many pages just come up with an error message.
Worked at first. Paid for upgrade in order to remove ads, and it no longer works. Whenever I tried to open a page, it says that it is unavailable. Has been this way for a couple of months now. Thought they would have fixed it with the new iOS update, but they have not. Please refund my money.
The app itself is representative of a 12year olds' "coding for dummies" handiwork, and requires a massive overhaul to resemble a quality app. The content however is good, and Spritz makes this app useful. IMPORTANT - there are annoying adverts which distract when you use Spritz. You have to pay to get rid of them - this is app monetisation circa 2010.
It has the standard Literary novels that most students need to read sometime throughout their education. It is basic but has good content when describing the chapters and summaries. It would be nice if the reader at the bottom would also be an audio feature, not just visual. So while the words are being scanned at the bottom a voice would be projecting out what is being read.
This update is not organized at all and is a completely useless app now. It is now just summaries for a small amount of books, when before it gave ample amount of books, a search bar and detailed explanations of themes, characters, chapters etc. Please change!!!!! Deleting this app until change is made.
Very few books, no easy search function, not many books. However the information that is there appears to be good.
Bring back the actual spark notes! Since the updates, there isn't a wide selection of texts/novels. I paid money for this app! :(
