Book Organizer

The concept is simple and good - when it works. I like being able to arrange the stacks however I want and placing items into multiple stacks. However, the app is constantly unavailable due to crashing. Often (more times than not) I can’t get past the first loading screen even after multiple attempts, which defeats the purpose of the app all together. I won’t be renewing.

I got this app to help organize my books and I did the free trial and subscription for 9.99 a year. Except i keep getting so many ads and the data keeps getting lost. I've seen others mention the same thing. It's not the phones that are the issue it's the app. I have canceled my subscription and moving on to find better.

I paid for the full version in 2018. I am unable to contact anyone and I’m unable to open my organizer. When I request hep I’m sent to Facebook. When I try to open the app it just shuts off!

The description that this is an app for book lovers is totally misleading. The free version only allows me to add about 12 books to a stack before it goes to the “please send us money” phase. I really wanted to get at least one bookcase done and play around with it before writing a review, but this leaves me cold. ☹️

I like the concept of this book organizer and have had it for quite some time, but if you run into a problem no one will assist you, no matter how you try to contact them. I paid for the life time usage, so am very disappointed that no one help with my problem.

I initially liked this app. I was disappointed in the lack of database features; author visibility & search, etc. but still thought it was worth the annual price for the ‘full-featured’ version. A few troubles scanning ISBN with my iPad, but the iPhone handled it well. That was last week. Today, no matter which device I attempt, after 2 to 2.5 seconds the app shuts down. I would sure like to see someone fix it - 1. Make it operational (stay open, darn it), 2. Improve the database functionality.

I need a way to contact the developer as I purchased this app, and it crashes every time now when I try to open it on either my phone or my iPad. I tried to contact you from this page (on the App Store) both through the App Support and the Developer Website links. Both told me to sign in to Facebook and when I did it told me that the content was not available. Are you even a company anymore? Will you continue to take my money each year and provide no content knowing that it is impossible to contact you? Please give me a way to contact you.

I’m deleting this app as soon as I can. The app locked up after loading only 14 books, on the refresh screen that was trying to sell me the “fancy” version; that I didn’t want or need and had already turned down. The only way to get it to stop is by turning the phone completely off and then restarting it. If I could get a iOS version of Handy Library I would download it in a heartbeat.
