Hi i have an pending transaction to ms marian.At first she is replying after few days i cannot get any reply to her on where we at on our transaction.i was really upset on how she handle her customer.She is not supposed to be on her job as a customer service assistant.Shes ruining the name of your good company.Happy to say that you have 1 staff by the name of SAHAR ALY who assist me until we finish the transaction.This kind of employee most you need and highly recommended to keep in your company.she knows her job well and she knows how to give importance to your customers.Ms Sahar thank you so much for your help even though you are not the one i contacted for this transaction but still you help me to fix my problem.Salute to you madam.keep it up!!!
