ปัญหาล้านแปด เป็นการใช้E bookที่ลำบากที่สุดในชีวิตเลยครับ ปัญหาเหมือนที่คนอื่นๆคอมเม้นไว้เลยครับ
เขียนได้แต่ลบไม่ได้
จะทำแอพ e-book ทั้งทีแต่ไม่นึกคุณสมบัติต่างๆ ปากกาก็มีแต่สีเดียว แอพใช้ยาก เวลาเขียนผิดก็ลบไม่ได้ ปากกาไฮไลต์ก็ไฮไลต์ได้แต่ตัวเลข บันทึกหน้าก็ไม่ได้ แอพเด้งเก่ง ดีเลย์ ถ้าจะไม่ทำแล้วไม่รับผิดชอบความหาวยแตกก็ปิดแอพเถอะ ทำ e-book ยังไงให้เดือดร้อนกว่าเดิม โคตรห่วยแตก แต่ก็ทำใจเพราะแม่งต้องใช้เรียน

แอพใช้ยากมากค่ะ แต่จำใจเพราะวิชาที่เรียนต้องใช้หนังสือในนี้ แต่ไม่คิดว่าโน๊ตที่จดไว้ตอนเรียนจะหายไปหมดเลย แก้ไขด้วยนะคะ แย่ไม่ไหวเดือดร้อนมาก ๆ ค่ะ

แย่กว่าที่คิดครับ แค่กดค้นหาก็เด้งออกแล้ว อยากใช้แอพนะครับ แต่ถ้ามันพัฒนาได้เท่านี้ผมก็ขอบาย ยังหวังว่าทีมผู้พัฒนาจะปรับปรุงนะครับ

ปัญหาแอพเด้งที่เขียนรีวิวไป ได้รับการติดต่อจากจนท.แล้ว ถึงแม้จะเป็นเวลา12.14น. (เที่ยงคืน) ก็ได้รับการดูแลเป็นอย่างดีมากๆค่ะ ใส่ใจลูกค้า และอยู่stand byจนกว่าเราจะทำได้ แต่การเข้าไปอ่านหนังสือในตัวแอพ ไม่สามารถใช้gmailได้ ต้องใช้accountของbookcazeเท่านั้น ขอบคุณสำหรับการดูแลดีๆนะคะ

ช้า ดีเลย์ จด note ลำบาก ไม่มีความน่าอ่าน แคปภาพหน้าจอมาไว้อ่านไม่ได้ ถ้าหนังสือมีพันหน้า ก็ต้องกดเข้าใหม่เผื่อมาอ่าน บันทึกหน้าได้ แต่ก็ช้าอยู่ดี รวมๆให้ 1 ดาวพอ แนะนำไปซื้อหนังสือจริงมากกว่าสนับสนุนระบบแบบนี้ ปรับปรุงหลังบ้านด้วย
