I’ve been using Booker for over 10 years. I love it.

There was a time that I hated the app but obviously they’ve improved it and it’s nothing short of Amazing now. Highly recommend.

Great App. On some occasions hangs on. But with reloading usually works flawlessly!

This app is bogus. My partner and I have owned a barbershop now and have been using Booker for 5+ years. We are very disappointed in Booker. It is very glitchy. The schedule never synchs up. You have to refresh it all the time you can’t schedule your own appointments out of operation hours. Customer service is a joke. They constantly ask you for feedback yet they don’t make any changes or provide any solutions. We also had an app made and we’re paying $200 a month for that and it was glitchy at best. Customers had to sign in and out every single time there’s no option for Face ID or fingerprint for easy sign in. And then eventually, it just wasn’t in the App Store or the play store anymore…For almost the entire time we had it. It was not available to any of our customers that had android phones, even though they said it was and we were paying full price. We didn’t get reimbursed for anything we ended up having to cancel the whole service. Using Booker is my biggest regret. Save your money

The Booker Mobile app is a Must!!! I use it several times a day, would be completely lost without it! Makes scheduling appointments away from the Salon fast and efficient, and extremely impressive, showing my clients that they’re business important to me !
