Self check-in system is smooth!
The MyGuest system backs up the BookingCenter Self Check-in process in a cool way. I can watch the day as Guests get their emails and texts, sign their contracts, and check in. But what’s great is that when something breaks, the app notifies who is responsible and we can fix it proactively. We’ve saved some guests having a fit by correcting their issues before they even knew about it. Well done, BookingCenter!
