The new update is very slow The timing for each technician is not shown, I have to go back and forth few times It’s really bag & time consuming

No one showed up

Booked an at home appointment, no one showed up. No one called to inform me they weren’t going to come. And I couldn’t contact anyone since there’s no customer service.
