I just want my book back! Have you guys tested the software before you issue to the public????

I have never seen an app with such rubbish functions

Page fit is weird, once inch blank area every corner and you can’t fix it unless manually adjust the page zoom by every page. No dark mode in app, you can’t believe the user experience this bad in 2022! Did the developer ever used Kindle, BPP apps, Kobo before?

Very annoying. Not user friendly at all

Obviously the app is written by a moron or it is simply a fraud app. I search for a book on google and a site called willey or whatever came up, i purchased the book and instructed to download this app And then the nightmare starts, it constantly prompt to ask you for saving cookies which if you press skip, it jumps right back up after 2 seconds to force your consent. Then after the annoying off-app verification and account creation, the app itself has no button to redeem the book, it needs you to go off app to a site to login again and to redeem with a code. And after it finally downloaded the book, it doesnt display the book contents. The app can load its pages but cannot load any of its content. AVOID this app! Do not buy anybook that use this app

Bad that I can’t use my Apple Pencil to annotate -> unless there is a way I can export the e book as pdf 😩

To be honest, it is the poorest ebook application I have ever used. I can not change the scroll direction ( Do tell me where is it if you know). It does not support Apple Pencil. What’s worse, I can not insert text box directly....The only way to take notes is to press the screen hard! This application ruined my reading experience. I wish I have never bought the ebook.

Don’t support Apple pen and hard to make any notes！

It's more convenient to use Apple Pencil to make notes. Please refer to apps like MarginNote!
