Boostworks

Intrinsically this is a good app but there are practical limitations when using the same account for a household, eg account holder and spouse. Only one email is possible to configure to receive instant vouchers which is impractical when 2 using the app. Also, the instant vouchers take too long to arrive in the app, often needing to close app and restart to become visible. A bit painful to use

Have been using for a while and very easy to purchase and keep track of vouchers purchased. Recently the Wallet moved from front screen to under the account menu which is why I gave 4 stars this time. Would be better if on front screen again but that’s my only criticism.

How can I clear the basket from the app?

Watch out when you leave your employer, they rip you off and nick your cash

Not sure if Boostworks or the retailer is to blame, but the code I purchased on the app did not work on the retailer website. Boostworks then refused to provide a refund. Won’t be using them again.

Can’t save my payment card for future use and vouchers always seem to be out of stock, which is weird for an electronic voucher.

Good app but please squash the bug that means every time I add my debit card it doesn’t save!!!
