The app is very very slow, it holds for a minute or two before each reaction

Terrible app. Products are always missing or not delivered but they only tell you after they deliver the items. When you’re shopping everything is available but later they say it’s not in stock. Only after they delivered half your items! Terrible app for online shopping and the customer service usually can’t help. Their hands are tied. And on top of that delivery is 20 Dhs items!
I bought 3 medical items and they delivered different items Then I called them and no support at all from them, finally the log complaint and they told it will tack 5 days and no one came back Even they send survey for me and I share same feedback and they reply that “ Sorry, we are unable to publish your review right now as it doesn't meet our guidelines”!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a Cetaphil moisturizer for All Skin types but they delivered Normal to Dry last week. I emailed the customer service and gave them all the details but until now there is no action. They kept asking the same details but i already gave them a picture of what i got, my receipt, screenshot of what I ordered on our app.They took too long to respond and they do not even bother calling their customer. My skin type and my husband’s is combination and oily so how are we gonna use it. It’s just like throwing my money. Be ware guys!
