At the beginning, couldn’t get the app to work. Now my experience is frequently the app won’t open , sticks to the main page. Many glitches to work out , my question is when ?

They don’t have the real time measured on the app always is the same issue , I figured it out if says 1 hr will be 2.5 or 2 minimum….

I rely on the App’s information to get across the border but the App has stopped functioning and there is no way to contact costumer support.

App just stays on title screen and doesn’t load

You claim to offer "live" cameras, when in fact you play a 12-15 second video on each camera and loop the same video over and over . . . can't imagine what "premium" would allow us to see?? Basically this is a scam App....

I’ve had this app for sometime now and it is by far way better than anything we have available here in a city of 2 million plus people that borders one of the larger cities in CA not to mention the US! The radio stations - CBP don’t even come close sometimes to giving the real time crossing and the visuals don’t lie, this is a great app and it’s not perfect but sure does the job for us that cross the border and want to see wait times, etc!

App is not opening up.. i paid the yrly and its not working

The updated app has some kind of bug in how it parses the email used to login. The email field does not allow pasting of text and it’s sees my totally valid email as “invalid”. So I am locked out of my account.

The app would not open initially. Troubleshooters helped to get it fixed by cycling the VPN.

The free application is not worth the memory use on your phone. The features that made it a worthwhile tool now has a premium price. Adios
