Borderless Prepaid Card

I enter my login and it was fail some “Device ID” error. Whoever made this application needs to be fired.

After the recent Update am not able to log in, Register New Card or even reset my PIN.

Scary when u are dependent on the app as the only source of info about your balance. Got embarrassed as I had exceeded funds yet app showed a lot of balance

Couldn’t login the app after update. Says Invalid Device id.

New Comment : Still Buggy after update 301 , when we select the date for statement the app crash down . Please resolve ——————————————— Earlier it was better and easy to use , the new update is very buggy and no proper Simplicity like earlier app , Please work on it at earliest.

In register option, it does not accept 16 digit card number instead allow 15 digit. Lol.

After updating to the newer version of the application I am not able to login with my credentials and also the forget password not working.

As soon as I updated by mistake, I’m not able to login, tried to login many times with forgot pin option and gave card info , it always says “Device id not found”. How the hell do you guys expect people to use the app if you don’t let them log in at first place. What kind of update was that! How am I supposed to login and check my balance and use my card accordingly while I’m on travel now.

Anybody is working to fix this ?Whenever I try to fetch my statement through app, it says invalid service ID or service ID length should be 10 only. A very worst app I have ever seen till now. And when I try to click on email my transaction it’s pop-up with some with blank white box where nothing is written. Please see and work on the flow and resolve this issue as soon as possible.
