Borzo: Courier Delivery App

Only after making the entire payment it lets me know that there is no courier service available. Waited for an hour but no one was assigned. Now my money is stuck.

Your App is most unfriendly. You need to improve it very badly . Plus the agents are not given the full address and they always bother the senders and receivers asking for their address .

The show that the-parcel is delivered.. but it was not even picked from my location and when i ask for refund they said a complaint ticked has been raised but after 1hrs they will msged you that the ticket has been closed and issue has been resolved where as not the parcel picked up nor i received the refund…

There is an option for direct delivery, yet the drivers take 5 hours to delivery it even after paying extra for the same. The company says it’s our policy to let drivers choose multiple picks and drops.

I have been using we fast since almost last 1.5 year to delivery orders for long distance customers and i never got any trouble from Borzo. Just one thing u would like to add if delivery guys having proper courier bag with them and of course necessary coats during rain times and winters for delivery guys. Overall very good service! Worth using it and affordable too!

It’s really insane how these guys operate. I made a mistake to place my order on the app before reading the reviews. The app has ZERO customer support. My parcel has been going around in Mumbai for the last 4 hours even though I opted for immediately delivery since it was quite urgent. The delivery rider stopped answering calls after a point since I raised my concerns with him on the first call where I noticed that he was going the wrong direction. Would never use this service again!

I used Borzo to deliver to me fruit and vegetables from a vendor in Delhi. The delivery person ran off with my stuff and what made things worse is that Borzo didn’t compensate us for anything because I forgot to put a value while booking the courier. They instead gave me all the details of the thief and asked me to take legal action directly if I wanted to. My suggestion would be to stay away from Borzo, they are unprofessional and would not be of any support in case something goes wrong. Even if they compensate you, it’s not worth going through the headache!

At first it takes 10-15mins to assign a delivery partner and then Its take more than an hour to deliver a parcel less than 2kms away. Worst experience ever. The delivery guy goes to pickup and drop other 2-3 orders after pickup of my order. It takes hardly 23rs in an auto and im paying 70rs for borzo, why are you charging so much if you guys dont give priority to the clients for delivery???

Earlier the service was good but now!! Their delivery partner does not fulfil the order on time (also using some other person borzo id) and neither respond over the phone and threatens that now they know they home address be aware and when you complain the same to Borzo support team, they reply with we cannot help, we have given the warning to partner, it’s your choice in future to choose the app or not. Order no. 7055.

I lost money after booking. There are no customer care services and don’t pay before delivery.
