Bosch EasyRemote

Come on Bosch! I believed i bought a state of the art product with “smart grid” as a function that is really important to me. What did i get? I got a app that looks like it’s from iPhone 3Gs. Smart grid can't even prevent my Bosch Compress from making hotwater on the most expensive hour of the day. I'm so disappointed with my new Compress 3800i. Honestly i really regret not going for the Nibe. If you're interested in having a constructive discussion about improving points please contact me.

Väldigt begränsat med info. Smart Grid försvinner titt som tätt. Hur kan man ta betalt för något som inte fungerar? Rent lurendrejeri.

Cannot understand how such a large global company can sell a product in 2023 with an app as bad as this one...we use it for heating in our winter cabin and for sure this impacts our decisions on which company we should buy products for our main house in the future as...

First bummer was that the app is ‘only available in Europe’ according to Bosch which prevented me downloading it from the US app store I am connected to… I can download the Systembolaget app globally but not the Bosch remote control app… Then there is no documentation or manual for the limited functionality it offers - I can chose to turn on or off the adaptive control but what it does and means other than it allows me to "spare money" (lovely English :). That is not adequate for a globally operating company.

Värmepumpen den håller riktigt hög nivå men vad hände med appen. Det kan vara en av dem sämsta på marknaden. Snälla Bosch gör om och gör rätt. Det finns så mycket data vi användare skulle vilja se. Ett tips kika på era konkurrenter.

Appen fungerar visserligen än så länge, men kom igen, presentera lite mer vettig data. Jag vill ju direkt på startskärmen se vad kompressorn håller på med, värmer den VK eller VV, går den på tillsats osv..? Det kan inte vara så svårt att fixa till.

Kan inte aktivera sänkning av temp via semesterläge längre. Inget händer. Värdelös app.

Kan ej längre styra Smartgrid och förlorar pengar på elräkningen varje dag. Har gällande abonnemang som dessutom förnyades nyss men får inte det jag betalar för. Den tvetydiga knappen ”Restore previous purchase” svarar bara ”no valid subscriptions were found” Påstådd ny lösning kommer aldrig. Appen i övrigt tillför absolut endast möjligheten att styra tempen på distans. Så ”Remote” stämmer ju, men ”Easy” är diskutabelt. Sluta ta betalt för det ni inte tänker leverera!

The Room-set function (to set up different temperature night/day) is not available in the app at all… since a few days the „room-set temperature“ and actual „room temp“ are not getting updated in the app anymore.( seems values are frozen) The app reset didn’t solve the issue (just the reset directly in the pump, but this can’t be the solution) Hoping for some tips / fixes

Funkar ok men andra tillverkare har sjukt mycket mer info i sina appar. Dags att stoppa in mer information i denna också. Det kan omöjligt vara så svårt. Informationen finns ju där.
