My husband checked his bank statement and saw -14.99 bgn from these scammers! We used their service 3 years ago and now they decided to charge everyone only because we have this application, which is absolutely ridiculous! I was wondering why they didn’t charge me, it’s because my card given on the app, was expired. Then I downloaded the app again (3 years later lol) only to see that I have a balance of -14.99 bgn!?!? And now I cannot delete my account because of that!! These people are absolute scammers!!!!

They store your payment method, post in their 16 followers group on Facebook that they will start charging people with six days notice as a service maintenance fee. (no email, no text, no sufficient notice) Scam artists, stay away.

I used them 2 years ago and today I was suddenly charged 15 BGN, because of some random “service” fee which was announced only through their facebook, with no notifications from the app. You also “agree” to this fee if you don’t do anything, so good luck of finding about this tax if you don’t follow their Facebook page, and the only way to “disagree” is to remove your payment method. Absolutely unprofessional behaviour and I wouldn’t use or recommend them to anyone.

Don’t use these scooters. If you have some kind of problem there is NO SUPPORT that can help you resolve it. Use anything else but not this.
