Doesn’t show all the items that are on the website and doesn’t recognize student discounts half of the time. I have to split orders into 2 and pay 2 separate shipping charges because a certain item I want is in stock on the website but won’t show up on the app. The app will also tell me that a student discount code is invalid but works just fine on the website.

My first time using the app fast check out and everything is working fine love it.

I love the app even though it has some small bug issues here and there. I love bo+tee’s clothing, it is very high quality and simply great. However I do have a problem with their rewards. They only give rewards to people who post their clothing on Instagram. I do not have social media and therefore there is no way for me to get rewards even though I have consistently bought loads of clothing from them and have been a very loyal customer. I have to give them lower stars because of this. They should adopt a points system instead of focusing on social media posts.

I downloaded the app after seeing clothes on the website and I noticed everything was more expensive on the app compared to the website. :(

Customer service is non existent once you place an order. Very sketchy brand. Returns are free because they don’t refund you once they receive the clothes…

I really enjoy the app so far but I think it’s missing just a couple of things! First thing that would be extremely helpful is a size guide for better reference. Another amazing feature to add would be the option to share your wishlist! It would be great if it were similar to Amazon (if someone buys something for you, it gets taken off your wishlist so doubles aren’t purchased) Would be especially helpful during the holiday season!! Other than that, everything is pretty organized and clean. Thank you!

Delivery takes forever but the package is worth it.

Love the clothes but both the app and website are horribly made. You can see the full length of the model up close because the sizing and price window blocks it. I’m 5”8 and I wanted to see how long the pants looked on the 5”9 model but I couldn’t even see past her waists! It’s annoying and the reason I have yet to purchase anything even though I have hundreds of dollars worth of things I can “consider”. Also don’t like how all of the “sold out” items flood the page. Like why even put them on there? It’s frustrating!
