Group call not working
The group calls no longer connect on iPhone. I facing this issue since 2 weeks. Not sure how to fix this

Group calls suddenly stopped working
Group calls used to work for me until last week but have suddenly stopped working for me . I am using Iphone 13 pro. Not sure why and creating issues

مشكلة تقطيع الصوت في مكالمات الصوتية او مكالمات الفيديو ما زال مستمر ، جربت عدة انواع من الهواتف ونفس المشكلة للاسف
Multi app and group call
While video call in botim if we use another app then we cant see our other person video and our video will be off too. it should be small popup like a messenger have. and while group call its very laggy
Worst update
Voice start cutting and i had to call multiple times so i can hear other side , most worst update ever
Unclaim money
The app is good,but when i transfer a slightly high amount of money(400aed) it doesnt work,and its been almost 36hrs my partner didnt recieve the money even she already accept the transaction!pls help! We really need the money!
PIP doesn’t work for iPhone ?
Why doesn’t the BOTIM app on iPhone support Picture in Picture? While on video call on BOTIM if I switch to another app, the video stops, however the audio continues. Can we expect an app update addressing this issue anytime soon ? Apart from this issue the app is fairly decent.

I am very disappointed that I have not received a good reply from your customer care executive yet because the payment was made without my knowledge and I have attached all the proofs of the same in my account.
