I’m not sure exactly where to start but I will give it a try. So if you want to claim this is an AI powered e-commerce app that does all the things you mention, at least do not hire people who will call the client 6 times in 5mins to confirm an order!! Or advise no availability of item!! Or confirm delivery date/time!!!!! Why on earth do I have to pause my meeting to answer repetitive calls, thinking it’s an urgent matter having an unknown number calling me this number of times!! Your call center agents are way far from being respectful. Communicating with a client on WhatsApp then ignoring the messages when I respond back with a complaint!!! What do I call this? Awful shopping experience. I placed an order of 3 items. Item 1 : Your agents chased me by numerous calls to say it’s out of stock and app isn’t updated so order is cancelled. But hey; we added 50pounds to your wallet to apologize! Item 2 : Received with the security tag on!!! Then I am asked to send a picture!! I mean why !? I then had to waste one more day to argue over exchanging the item with an exact similar one and kindly without a security tag. It’s a joke! Not to mention a delivery guy again calling and calling and calling to check if I’m home to pick/drop the item. Eih da!! Item 3 : Received with wrong size. But no, your agent was trained to tell clients that what they say is not true!!!!! And since there is no way on the app to prove it so you use this against the client Finally, I only realized today that this app is developed by MO4 Network. Hence I advise everyone who is interested in their services to go and check out the reviews about this company on Glassdoor. Impressive. Looks like you treat your employees the same way you treat your clients. But let’s exclude your big sharks. Those are treated differently. Avoid Avoid Avoid - Go directly to local brands
I ordered from nude bakery and I paid visa and the order cancelled then I didn’t get the money
Looks like from the reviews that till a year ago ppl said you were a great app yet recent ones gave horrible reviews, and your responses to their reviews sounds so robotic, you don’t seem to bother to read the review and give an appropriate answer, it’s all just the same paragraph that is copied and pasted over and over again, which supports the reputation that you don’t even care anymore. Guessing you’re only in for the money and given above I’m not willing to is your app and will be contact g the vendor directly Your app was a good idea and I assume you had put much effort to make it happen, it’s a shame all goes to waste cause you just don’t seem to care anymore.
They got me a wrong order from elezaby pharmacy and I paid through Instapay. They didn’t deliver on the same day. They want me to initiate new order to get my things they didn’t get and they will initiate the refund process. They want me to wait for 14 days to take my money back, while it is not my fault at all. They want to do bank transfer instead of Instapay or even giving them to me in cash. Application has no option to know if your messages has been responded to or not. You have to refresh. Very long waiting time. They mentioned that they work in certain hours but when I reached out to them on Friday, no one responded during these hours.
The items there are already unavailable but still show to be there, you will waste a day thinking you got your order until the support contacts you that the item is not there and you should cancel The support never responds again to your messages and you can’t reach out to them only them can cause out to you Most stores doesn’t even provide a same day delivery and the next day delivery charges the same as the same day delivery on them Delivery guy refused to take 10 pounds less on the order cause I didn’t neither him had any change, refused to go some himself and just stood outside my door, i had to give him extra 30 pounds at the end cause I had no change Packing is no where near good for a perfume that could easily be broken, literally the worst experience I had ever
